Financial Information

Payment in Advance
There is no holding deposits, but we do require at least two weeks fee in advance to secure your child a position in our centre.
The director will give you at least two weeks written notice of any changes of the way fees should be paid. If you fall behind with this, you need to discuss this urgently with the director or your child/ren may lose their place.
Pay fees for all booked days, excluding public holidays and when your child/ren are on holidays, or away ill during the agreed days of enrolment.
Give the centre two weeks notice if you decide to withdraw your child/ren or reduce the days of enrolment.

Late Fee
You must also agree to pay any late fees as required by the centre if your child/ren is/are not collected from the centre on time. (See pricing policy for late fee price)
If you drop your children off before opening hours a similar fee will be charged.

Payment on Absence
We require 1 weeks notice of any cancellation, before credit can be given. A $5 charge will be incured for non notification of absence.
With the issue of a medical certificate, credit will be made for all following absences.

Afternoon Rates
The afternoon rates are from 3.00pm until 6.00pm.
The children are picked up from school and returned to the Centre.
On arrival afternoon sandwiches and refreshments will be provided.
After 6.00pm there is a charge of $10.00 every 10 minutes.

Full Day Rates
These rates apply to school vacation and student pupil free day.
Hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm.
